AER (Alternativa en Riesgos), a leading insurance and surety brokerage, has strengthened its corporate presence in San Pedro Garza García with the expansion of its offices, addressing the need to provide a welcoming, functional, and dynamic environment for the team members.

The new space embraces an open-plan design, eliminating most partition walls to foster interaction and collaborative work. In this flexible environment nobody has assigned workstations, encouraging mobility and the exchange of ideas in common areas designed to inspire.

Collaborative workspaces have been integrated, featuring modern and stimulating furniture that enhances creativity and efficiency. Material selection plays a key role in the user experience: carpets and wooden lattices not only contribute to the aesthetic appeal of the space but also improve acoustics, creating a harmonious and comfortable atmosphere.

Additionally, the design includes meeting rooms and individual booths, providing private spaces that balance the openness of the workspace with areas for focused work and strategic discussions. This project represents an innovative approach to corporate spaces, prioritizing connectivity, well-being, and functionality in every detail.
