The project of apartment number 24 was referred to Samo Architecture Studio by our dear employer, Mr. Engineer Zarineh, in February 2022. This project is located in the Kamalshahr area of Karaj and was a personal project for our employer. Important points in the design of this project that must be The project's economy and its implementation costs were considered, so we at Samo Architecture Studio decided to use low-cost construction technology and cheap materials as well as low implementation costs in the design of this project.Therefore, in the facade of the building, we use limestone, basalt and a little salted acid granite. Also, we used glass fences in the facade, but with different executive details in order to reduce costs and also maintain the visual quality of the project. do .
In the design of the architectural plans of this project, due to the small width of the building in the design of the parking lots and also the design of the commercial basement in this project, it created many challenges for us.
