Bellbird farmhouse marries the traditional Australian farm house with the openness and luxury of a Balinese resort to create a unique homestead that is surrounded by lush courtyards and views to the rolling hills beyond. The house is designed into 3 distinct pavilions. A central living pavilion forms the connection between the master pavilion to the west and the guest pavilion to the east. Off the living pavilion are lush courtyards, 25m pool and verandas to take in the rolling valleys. Using a simple palette of timber, stone, travertine and rendered masonry the roof shapes evoke the image of the Australian farmhouse nestled into the landscape.
