Cleo County, a luxury high-rise development in Sector 121, Noida, offers an expansive living experience with 2638 residential units spread across 25 acres. Drawing inspiration from ancient Egyptian architecture and Queen Cleopatra’s legacy, the project merges grandeur with modern living needs. It features 24 residential towers, a recreational club, and a commercial complex, highlighted by the grand entrance flanked by two massive Sphinx sculptures, reminiscent of Egypt’s Philae Temple Complex.

The two luxury towers, Cleo Gold, are strategically oriented to offer unobstructed panoramic views and maximize natural light and ventilation. The design incorporates solar passive cooling techniques, such as brise-soleil, to mitigate heat, enhancing comfort while reducing energy consumption. The façade blends minimalist elegance with an Egyptian color palette, emphasizing ivory, beige, and lattice screens.

Cleo County’s lush courtyards are a blend of recreational spaces, including sports courts, water zones, and themed parks like the Pavilions of Giza and Garden of Hibiscus. The development boasts 80% open space, connected via electric golf carts, promoting both comfort and sustainability. Notable amenities include India’s first five-level cascading outdoor swimming pool with a sky bridge, a golf course, amphitheatre, yoga rooms, and more, ensuring a vibrant community atmosphere.

Sustainability is central to the design, with features like solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and eco-friendly building materials contributing to its IGBC Gold certification. The project utilizes Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks for better thermal insulation and reduced energy consumption. The development balances luxury with environmental responsibility, offering a redefined living experience that blends timeless Egyptian grandeur with modern, sustainable urban living, setting a new benchmark for upscale, eco-conscious residential projects.
