Complete remodelling and interior design of an apartment for a foreign investor, located in Madrid’s Sol neighbourhood.
The property is intended for holiday lets and, therefore, the project focused on adapting a traditional, subdivided property to the needs of its future guests, without having to tear everything out and start from scratch.
Efforts are focused on spatially integrating the kitchen with the living room, the dining room and the entrance hall, using structural supports built into the dividing wall to provide it with more natural light.
The client requires a property with a timeless aesthetic that will last for many years, incorporating a certain French style. Thus, through the use of mouldings, cladding and furniture, we have transformed the spaces in the apartment, giving them character.
The design of the fireplace, with its surround and shelving, makes it the centrepiece of the living/dining room, offering the perfect spot to unwind.
