Minab Electricity office

The Minab  Electricity office  project is a successful example of modern design adapting to the region's specific climatic needs. Attention to the unique weather conditions of Hormozgan, one of the hottest regions in Iran, is clearly reflected in the design. The main goal of this project is to create a space that is both functional and efficient, while effectively addressing environmental challenges such as extreme heat and the need for natural ventilation.

The building is designed using a modular system, allowing for optimized and simplified construction, as well as future modifications and expansions with minimal disruption. The modules are designed based on spatial and structural needs, contributing to cost reduction and increased flexibility in space management.

The central corridors, which are a key feature of the design, play a critical role in improving air circulation. This design ensures effective natural ventilation throughout the building, which is particularly important in Ahvaz's hot and dry climate. Thanks to this smart design, the reliance on mechanical ventilation systems is minimized, significantly reducing energy consumption.

The main entrance of the building has also been carefully designed. A low-height glass box at the entrance facilitates better air circulation while maximizing the visual connection between the interior and exterior. This design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also improves the spatial functionality of the building.
