Parco Leonardo is a crucial hub in the southwest area of Rome. With the presence of commercial services, it attracts a population of over 1.9 million residents. Beyond the airport, the landscaping of this district is notable due to the presence of the Tiber Park.

WiP Architetti has been commissioned by EUTERPE SRL CLIO SRL to design a genuine "residential oasis" capable of interpreting these complementary values, ensuring a proper balance. The building will span 7 above-ground floors and one underground parking level. This challenge for the development of a new central hub, initiated in 2022, is set to conclude in 2025.
