The Villa is located in a quiet suburb called Ramot Hashavim which is near Raanana and Ramat Ha Sharon (Israel). This area is full of history and was in fact the first agricultural community to be founded in Israel by German immigrants in 1933 who set up a moshav of small farms close to the city. It is now one of the trendiest areas to invest and has become a sought after location for spectacular private and discrete homes.
