The Cypress lighting fixture is a celebration of nature’s mathematical perfection in construction. Inspired by a Golden Cypress Tree cone, the geometry of the cone’s architecture allowed me to construct a seemingly complex shape from a single repeating element. Cypress brings the aesthetic of nature to the interior by means of ambient lighting and sculptural form.
