With the testo 320, the measurement technology specialist Testo is launching a multi-function instrument for professional flue gas analysis onto the market. It offers numerous clearly structured measurement menus. A large selection of probes which allow further measurements make the testo 320 variable. Standardized menu procedures and a high-resolution colour display which presents the measurement results graphically simplify operation. Up to 500 measurement values can be stored in the instrument's memory, the software "easyheat" deals with the management of the data.
In view of rising costs, and in the interest of environmental protection, energy efficiency is the order of the day. Only optimally regulated combustion systems and burners work efficiently and comply with the ever stricter legal limit values for energy consumption and emissions. The new flue gas analyzer testo 320 simplifies the steps required for installation and regulation, and makes the way to efficiency effective. The testo 320 stands out thanks to its high level of measurement accuracy and easy operation. Its broad measuring range makes it a reliable companion for heating constructors, fitters and service technicians: In daily routine work servicing heating systems, for the fast elimination of malfunctions or emergencies, or during the continuous monitoring of legally required limit values.
For the purposes of direct measurement, the testo 320 has two gas sensors for O2 and CO, and a probe for flue gas and ambient temperature integrated into the flue gas probe. From these data, the instrument calculates all relevant measurement parameters such as CO2 value, degree of effectivity and flue gas loss. The probes available as accessories allow many more measurements. Using the fine pressure probe, for example, the flue draught or gas pressure values can be measured parallel to the flue gas measurement. This provides the user with all important values for the adjustment of the heating system in one instrument. For the measurement parameters O2, CO, temperature and pressure, the testo 320 has been TÜV-tested according to EN 50379, Parts 1-3.
Exchanging the probe of the testo 320 is particularly efficient. All probes are attached via a fast connection, meaning all gas paths are connected to the instrument through only one handle. To exchange the probe shaft, it is simply placed on the probe handle and engages. A range of probe lengths and diameters ensure a high degree of flexibility for all applications.
