Central 1123 is the second branch of the restaurant company therefore the design line considered was based on the reuse and recyclingof materials.The decoration of walls and ceiling are conformed with materials product of demolitions and dismantling of constructions.
Located on the ground floor of a commercial plaza in Las Águilas neighborhood, the project is structured from a central space which conceptually is a meeting spot between design, art and good taste for food, physically it structures the inside and overflows to the outside, taking advantage of the place conditions.
In a 17sqm room, the design optimized the maximum of area, for this purpose, the exhibitors and the bar-counter were groupedin a staple-shaped wooden structure going over the wall and ceiling, becoming the dividing element between preparation and dining area, performing multiple functions of storage and exhibition. Also it is the element containing the central area of the restaurant, giving it identity.
