Kesselhaus is the last new building project realised in the heart of Kunzareal in Windisch, once the largest textile industry location in Switzerland.
The architectural expression of the five-storey residential project is reminiscent of an industrial building due to its robustness, but at the same time radiates a charm in its delicacy.

It is designed as a hybrid timber-concrete construction. The façade cladding consists of coloured corrugated Eternit and the clearly legible construction of balconies and surrounding floor slabs. Together with the yellow textile sun protection, this creates a symmetrically composed, lively façade appearance.
