Shapes is a presentation space where architects, designers and finishing companies can be inspired by decorative sheet material, ceiling and wall coverings, floors and lighting. There is an extensive library with samples and collection books. Events and training sessions are also organized.

The Shapes Experience Center is an initiative of RET interior, Astrimex, Bruijnzeel, Leoxx and Flos. In addition, products from Rockfon, Kronospan, Gyproc and Armstrong are displayed. The iconic design for this presentation is from M+R interior architecture.

‘We have used the lotus flower and the chameleon as design inspiration’; with the Lotus flower as a metaphor for purity and beauty and the chameleon for the ability to adapt and diversity.

The Lotus flower is designed as 3 sculptural elements composed of decor sheet material, these objects rotate slowly. The space is divided into so-called color slides, with each slide representing a color of the total spectrum with different material applications from RET and Astrimex.
