Architects Francois Hannes and Tom Kneepkens renovated the villa, drawing inspiration from 1960s James Bond films and American 1950s and 60s aesthetics. Hannes focused on the interiors, considering sight lines and light incidence, while Kneepkens reinvented the exteriors, designing bespoke interior spaces for the residents, blending everything into a stunning whole.

The element that immediately recalls this integration is the Geopietra® reconstructed stone cladding, featuring a pattern created at the client's request and offering all the charm of reclaimed material. The diverse shape of the selected stones is based on the Geopietra® Spontaneous profile, in a mix of both warm and cool tones.

Geopietra® stone cladding has been creatively used throughout the building, for example on luxurious fireplaces, in the bedroom, as well as on a wall next to the indoor pool. High-quality materials such as wood, steel, leather, and marble define the luxurious atmosphere of the villa. The outdoor area features a closed space facing the street and a wide opening towards the garden, where light playing with shapes gives the house a strong dynamism. Every detail is carefully crafted, exuding a timeless elegance.
