"TOPOL 27" by BIO-architects is a modular home concept developed by Bio-architects that can be bought and installed on the same day.
Measuring 27 square meters, 5 functional areas - living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room - are located within one module.
Throughout, the home makes use of eco-friendly and wear-resistant materials that stand up to the wear and tear of even daily rental conditions.
Natural oak is set against black metal, stone kitchen countertops and a floor is finished with a robust and hypogenic material (Forbo Flotex).
A large amount of glass helps to connect the interior with the natural environment while a stained glass window by the bed provides a special quality element.
All decoration work is produced in the factory, with the location and function of each item in the house, be it furniture, kitchen, curtains, dishes, cutlery, household appliances, outdoor and indoor lamps, and terrace space, already pre-considered and installed. Items can be found in chain stores for easy replacement.
To fit in with the environment, the exterior is made of black metal and wood for a delicate appearance that blends with a large number of houses and does not dominate in a natural landscape.
