Zaha Hadid Architects split the service functions from the office spaces and placed them in two separate towers alongside two central office towers that are linked by a lifted 20 storey lobby. This design choice frees up the center of each floor from any obstructions and culminates in flexible open plan office floors with an abundance of natural light.
A large atrium is chosen to unite the employees through a strong visual connection and stimulate interactions between the different departments.
The 200 meters high tower will offer staff and visitors a public walkway, landscaped plaza, art gallery, shops and restaurants.
A rooftop Sky Lab will offer spectacular views over the Shenzhen cityscape.
The project is planned to break ground this year and complete in 2025.
