Mixed Use Development

The brief for this site was to prepare a feasibility study for a 10,000 sqm multi-storey mixed use development. The development would include ground floor retail spaces providing an extension to the chatswood retail strip of Victoria St. Six stories of apartments, both serviced and private, would sit atop the retail areas, taking advantage of the close proximity to the chats wood CBD. The regulatory controls surround such a development were extensively investigated to provide the maximum allowable number of apartments and retail areas for the site.
