3D embossed texture

The 3D embossed product it's a SCRATCH-RESISTANT panel and it's made bonding the PET on MDF core.
The PET is a green product.
Along with the stylish solution there is also the innovation on the embossing process.
We create the pattern directly on the foil with a steel cylinder that transfer the texture on the foil surface.
The bonding procedure, in order to produce the panel, is done afterwards.
Furthermore a chance for designer or contrator to create their own pattern becames more suitable and affordable.

The cost of steel cylinder is a way more competitive than the sync big steel cost effective plates used for melamine.
