Designed by Leonardo Rossano, Adinne stems from a fundamental act: drawing by hand. At the heart of the project lie simple sketches, which are essential tools in the creative phase and the moment when an idea takes shape in an intuitive and human way.
In a world dominated by advanced computing tools capable of analysing data and visualising existing concepts, Adinne reaffirms the value of the creative process as an authentic expression of design thinking.
The legs, deliberately sturdy, are made of solid wood and help to create a solid, architectural look. The absence of a rigid backrest presented a structural challenge from the very outset, which was carefully addressed and resolved during the product’s development, ultimately achieving a balance between visual lightness and stability.
The design is based on a dialogue between solid volumes and the slender leather backrest, creating a contrast that gives the chair a sculptural character. The offset positioning of the legs where they meet the backrest supports not only creates a distinctive feature but also facilitates stacking, making Adinne ideal for contract, hospitality and communal spaces.
Adinne reinterprets the designer chair in solid wood and leather through a contemporary lens, where geometry, materials and function coexist in perfect harmony. Designed for dining areas, meeting spaces and hospitality environments, it combines comfort with a distinctive aesthetic, offering an ergonomic seating experience thanks to the flexibility of its leather backrest.
