The Italian talented artisan Giovanni Barbieri has created this contemporary design by manipulating Natural Stone professionally. He ingeniously crafts a textured stone by using an original finishing technique that gives this master work the appearance of two separate stones. The polished finish appears darker than the matte one, which seems much lighter. The effect of this three-dimensional pattern with its particular play of lights and shadows gives an interesting structure and forms more than a simply wall. This special style provides a touch of drama to any exterior and interior wall installation and becomes a real piece of Art especially when illuminated.
The collection includes 24” x 24”, 18″x18″ and 12” x 12” (60×60/45×45 and 30×30 Cm) tiles in many colours. By special request, we can produce other patterns with the same technique. They can substitute the three dimensional panels made of wood or similar in high humidity zones (SPAs, swimming pools, etc.) and be used for exterior application.
