New User Experience Design
Centralisation and automation are already central to every aspect of the program. Navigation and use of the package have been made even easier by introducing a brand-new user experience design. Thanks to the dashboards, you immediately get an even better insight into all facets of your company. The navigation was made even more intuitive, which increases the efficiency of working with the software. Moreover, thanks to this new layout, actions can be performed in fewer mouse clicks compared to how it is done today.
Centralisation and automation
Our software will fully automatically classify created documents under the right customer and project. From the central management of addresses and projects, we can also reuse all project information without having to repeat it every time.
An agreement, for example, in which project information such as location, stage payments, etc. must be stated, can immediately be provided with the project-specific details through a template.
All important files in one document
From our central file of items, the architect has all the necessary means to draw up a bill of quantities / specifications, .... We supply the VMSW items as standard, including the specification texts. The architect also has the possibility to compose his own specifications and quickly and efficiently create and manage his documents.
Whereas the architect very often works with a Word document for the specifications and an Excel file for the bill of quantities, this can be brought together in our software. This means that there is no chance of errors when adding or removing items.
From one central place, printouts, such as specifications, estimates and bills of quantities, can be generated in the desired layout.
