Art Alliance Collection is a carpet line created by Mohawk Group, inspired by themes of community, resilience, and inclusion. This collection features the work of six artists from the ArtLifting community, resulting in 20 unique patterns that transform original designs into plush, welcoming flooring artwork. The Art Alliance Collection complements the manufacturer’s extensive suite of flooring options created through its collaboration with ArtLifting, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting artists impacted by disabilities and housing insecurity. ArtLifting provides a platform for underrepresented creatives, amplifying their voices and helping them participate in the contemporary art market. Through this collaboration, artists are empowered, respected for their diversity, valued for their contributions, and compensated fairly for their work.
The Art Alliance Collection offers a Pattern Perfect format with broadloom carpet construction, enhancing commercial spaces with depth, warmth, and intricate patterns. It includes 20 styles, featuring three standard patterns—Broad Rush, Layered Lines, and Tactile Impact—while maintaining low minimums for easy specification and flexibility. This collection highlights the Built World concept, a focus of Mohawk Group's 2023 theme: Emergent.
