The shallow profile of this washbasin, which is only 4 cm thick, is obtained thanks to the intrinsic features of the fixture unit, which is equipped with in-built/concealed Horizontal Integrated Siphon - patent pending system HIS.
For those who might not know, HIS is a revolutionary invention that removes the conventional trap, commonly placed under the base of any traditional washbasin and shower tray. The Horizontal Integrated Siphon HIS is attained at the shaping stage of the manufacturing process as an integral part of the finished product, hence invisible on the outside of fixture unit.
The use of this groundbreaking technology enables the manufacture of truly smart washbasins and shower trays in shallow depths ranging between 4 and 7 cm, without further assembly or installation of any other device.
T4, the latest creation by AXOLUTE’s resourceful work team, does not have a conventional drain outlet. Water flows out through the small perimetric slot at the base of the unit, preventing small objects from entering the drain.
This unique washbasin is in durable, water resistant stainless steel, with polished finishes. Once wet T4 looks like a shimmering metallic gem.
