Cirkellamp

Original design from 1968, circle and square but in perfect proportion. A classic design but now produced with energy saving technology. No two-way switch but a stepless dim button by a pulse dimmer. Aldo van den Nieuwelaar (The Netherlands 1944) is honoured because the master of the geometric minimalism would have been 65 years old this year. This is the reason why the Cirkellamp has been taken into production again but of course with modern technology. This design icon has been purchased by the MoMa New York and other leading museums.
