All boilers redesigned for intelligent connectivity Floor-standing gas and oil condensing boilers from Junkers Bosch are now marketed under the Condens name and cover a wider output range

Junkers Bosch has restructured its portfolio of floor-standing gas and oil condensing boilers. All the devices now feature a consistent design with Bosch logo and carry new names: Gas-fired devices are now called Condens and oil-fired boilers are named Olio Condens. Moreover, further output ratings have been added to the Condens fleet, which now covers the entire output range from 3 to 600 kilowatts. Junkers Bosch’s trade partners thus always have the right device for all applications and all customer requirements. The devices are suited for both single-family and multi-family homes as well as for new and existing buildings. All boilers of the Condens family are equipped with the same control technology which facilitates their connection to the Internet.

A full range of gas and oil condensing boilers The area of application of the gas condensing boiler Condens 7000 F ranges from single-family homes to large rental properties with up to 200 residential units. Other main areas of application include commercial buildings. Compared to the previous models – the devices of the Suprapur line – the output range has been expanded both at the lower and the upper end and now comprises output ratings from 3 to 300 kilowatts. In the upper output range, Junkers Bosch presents a new version of the Condens 7000 F with output ratings from 75 to 300 kilowatts. Its compelling features include better fuel utilisation, lower environmental impact and exemplary efficiency. Installed in a cascade, the device can reach an output of up to 600 kilowatts.

Junkers Bosch has also expanded its portfolio of oil condensing boilers at the upper output end. The Olio Condens 7000 F – formerly Suprapur Compact KUBC – is now available with five output ratings: 18, 22, 30, 35 and 49 kilowatts. This allows up to 16 housing units to be heated efficiently by a single oil condensing boiler. The Olio Condens 8000 F – formerly Suprapur KUB – is suited for upmarket single-family and multi-family homes. This boiler is available with output ratings of 11 to 19 kilowatts and 19 to 27 kilowatts and has been designed for high heating comfort in buildings with up to nine residential units.

Easy control, easy connectivity A standardised control system based on the EMS system has been developed for all Condens boilers. It uses the system controllers CW400/CW800. As a result, the entire Condens family can be connected to the Internet and easily integrated into existing smart home solutions from Bosch. This permits the convenient control of the heating system via app.

The company’s trade partners also benefit from the intelligent connectivity option: Via the Bosch HomeCom Pro portal solution, installers can keep an eye on their customers’ heating systems around the clock. Especially in rental properties, this can significantly reduce the response time in case of maintenance work and increase the efficiency of the work processes
