CREA-LITE® by Saint Gobain is produced by thermoforming clear glass PLANICLEAR®, extra-clear glass DIAMANT®, or tinted glass PARSOL®.
Starting from an image, a digital model, or an exchange of ideas, a relief proposal is created in a virtual three-dimensional image. Once this personalized relief is validated, a mold is machined. The glass is then deposited into this mold and baked at high temperature to allow the glass to deform.

Color
CREA-LITE® can be colored by color powders deposited on the flat glass and vitrified during baking (enameling), or by digital printing after baking.
Applications
CREA-LITE® can be used indoors as well as outdoors. For interior design, it is advisable to prioritize vertical applications (wall coverings, doors, shower walls, and bath screens), as deformation does not always allow for a flat surface.
On facades, the magnifying effects and the strong light diffusion of CREA-LITE® are particularly appreciated. It allows for creating unique atmospheres by diffusing light through the reliefs and projecting colors onto the floor and walls.

Advantages
CREA-LITE® allows for achieving multiple decorative effects:
-a relief glass surface
-light effects in the reliefs
-magnifying effects
-personalized images by digital printing
-colors that diffuse light

Transformations
CREA-LITE® glass can be transformed in numerous ways. It can be cut to give it various shapes, drilled, and assembled into double glazing. Specific study must be conducted to obtain laminated/tempered glazing.
Range
Each product is unique in a variety of shapes and colors. Two types of ranges are offered:
-30 standard colors (ask to see the range);
-5 patterns, maximum dimensions: 2,100 x 950 mm

Technical characteristics
-Maximum depth of relief: 10 mm.
-Color can be applied to all glass. In the case of color magnification effects, the pattern width should not exceed 1 cm
-On the same glass with magnification effects, the difference in width between two patterns should not exceed 1 cm
Service
Personalized support for each project is possible: technical feasibility, advice on shapes and images, illustration creation, etc.
