Cross-laminated timber (CLT) from Element5 is a multi-layer engineered wood panel used in structural applications including floors, walls, and roofs. It is manufactured in Element5’s FSC-certified facility from sustainably sourced wood, supporting responsible forest management and contributing to lower embodied carbon compared with conventional materials such as concrete and steel.

Element5’s CLT panels are produced in a range of thicknesses and layer configurations, with a maximum visual width of 3.1 metres and lengths up to 16 metres, and are available in both industrial and architectural appearance grades. The production line can edge-glue panels for a visually refined finish where the timber structure is exposed.

The product is backed by an Environmental Product Declaration, a Declare label, and a lifecycle assessment report, detailing its material characteristics and environmental performance.
