Our invisible deck fixing system securely fastens each plank directly to the joist using a U.S patented deck fastening clip with a reinforcing stainless steel insert. This clip is edge-mounted into the side of the plank with a stainless steel screw driven at a 45° angle for maximum hold-down strength. The unique integrated spacer wedge legs of the clips provide automatic gaping, which allow for the natural expansion and contraction of the terrace material. The EXTREME® series is available in 3 gap sizes: 2,4mm for exotic hardwoods such as Ipe, 4mm for most hardwoods, and 6,4mm composite material. The EXTREME® line of fixings is also perfect for any specie of thermally modified timber.
