Why the ENERGYFAÇADE?
On January 1, 2021 the new BENG (‘Nearly Energy Neutral Building’) regulations will come into effect in the Netherlands. An important component of these regulations is BENG 3, which demands the share of renewable energy of a building being at least 40% for high-rise buildings. In particular for buildings exceeding four floors this represents a considerable challenge!
After all, the rooftop surface will often be too small to install sufficient solarpanels to meet with this demand. Moreover, the rooftop surface is increasingly applied for many other purposes.

The ENERGYFAÇADE meets exactly these changing demands and offers an innovative system solution, applying BIPV (Building-Integrated PhotoVoltaics) in the building façade.

The ENERGYFAÇADE, with its frameless and vibrant Avancis solar panels, can be combined and integrated with the unique PHOENIXFAÇADE façade system. PHOENIXFAÇADE ensures a lean construction, suitable for very high insulation values. ENERGYFAÇADE applies highly sustainable and fireproof (cat A1) insulation materials.

No more concessions: sustainability combined with aesthetic and lean design. ENERGYFAÇADE can be applied in all projects with high levels of ambition for sustainability – or where sustainable building can be applied without exterior concessions.
