In July 2019, Ekinex S.p.A. sold a minority share to Caleffi S.p.A., a leader in the hydro-thermo-sanitary sector for nearly sixty years. It designs devices that simplify everyday tasks across various environments, including homes, offices, public buildings, schools, hospitals, and industries.
