FROM SUIT TO HABITAT, WHEN WELLNESS IS MADE TO MEASURE

The new GESSI Habito collection, whose name comes from the fusion of the words habitat and suit, elegantly dresses the most intimate place of living. Six decors and thirteen finishes of the 'woven metal' which, the being the company's stylistic signature, thus becomes transversal to several proposals and completes the total look of the bathroom.

On the wave of the great success of the collections that starting from Gessi 316 - created for the first time in 2017- have seen metal literally 'dress up' with precious patterns and finishes, GESSI introduces the new Habito collection, whose name comes from the fusion of the words habitat and suit. Just as a tailor tailors fabric around the body giving the possibility to move freely in space and the opportunity to express one's personality, so GESSI elegantly dresses the most intimate place of living.

The leitmotif of 'woven metal' that characterizes Habito as well, has over the years become a real distinctive language of the brand, able of launching trends inside and outside the industry. A way of enhancing the raw material, which is thus highlighted, and becomes ‘fabric’, allowing to 'dress' the environment in an almost sartorial way. Woven Metal was then developed also in wellness, with the Spotwater, Shower G shower outfits and Limited Edition Flush Plates, reaching also the outdoor and living space with the new collection of vases and fragrance diffusers of the HOME DECOR collection, making the possibility offered by the company of customizing bathroom and wellness spaces with a coordinated outfit more and more evident.

Gessi's refined decors - Cesello, Trame, Rigato, Intreccio and Diamantato - with Habito take on strength, revealing once again a level of technological innovation and know-how that every day proudly contribute to reaffirming GESSI's identity and its place of excellence of made in Italy in the world. With Habito, GESSI takes this research to the next step and dresses in coordination with 'Wooven Metal' the entire most intimate living environment with a system that boasts a wide range of finishes. As many as thirteen from Warm Bronze to Black Metal, polished and brushed, from brushed Copper to Matte Black.

The three-dimensionality as well as the material and tactile properties of the workmanship invite you to touch each of these fine textures, exploring their sensory side in use. Thus, as always happens through GESSI's creations, an experience capable of generating emotions and well-being is created, as in the moment when you touch a fabric, in an almost instinctive act that precedes the choice to wear it. An experience further emphasized by the choice of a design that deliberately proposes solid and pure shapes, aimed especially at markets that prefer important proportions, which enhance the raw material and the delicacy of the detail. To this, the possibility of still making the product and the environment neutral through the use of a smooth handle without decorations is added.

With Habito, GESSI enhances the metal components where its craftsmanship and the excellent quality of its workmanship are best expressed, revealing the highest specialization. The very meaning of the name Habito not only refers to the connection that Gessi has always had with the world of fashion and trendsetters, but expands to the theme of living and 'carving' one's own 'habitat' to measure, coming ever closer to the concept of 'Private Wellness Tailoring'.
