Function
Helios is a parking and charging solution for electric scooters and bicycles powered by a photovoltaic pavement, making it completely independent from the electrical grid.
It combines solar generation, energy storage, and smart charging points, allowing multiple light electric vehicles to charge simultaneously without the need for a grid connection.
Thanks to its integration with Arena solar pavement technology, Helios harnesses locally generated energy to create 100% renewable charging ecosystems in urban, corporate, or institutional environments.
Its modular and portable design allows for quick installation without civil works or electrical connection, while its autonomous nature makes it easy to relocate or reposition the station when required.
In addition to its energy function, Helios acts as a piece of urban infrastructure, providing vehicle security through integrated smart locks built into the station.
Design and Quality
Helios has been conceived as a comprehensive solar charging solution, combining technology, design, and sustainability to deliver an efficient and long-lasting urban service.
Each station integrates high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, a long-life lithium battery system, and intelligent power electronics that optimize the management of the energy generated and stored.
The integrated chargers at each docking point prevent the use of tampered external chargers and protect vehicles from overcharging. In addition, built-in voltage and current sensors precisely measure the energy supplied to each vehicle, ensuring controlled and safe charging.
The structure is made of galvanized steel and oven-baked lacquered finish, materials resistant to weathering and corrosion, ensuring a long service life in outdoor environments.
Its ergonomic and robust design adapts to different configurations, accommodating between 6 and 16 vehicles, and all versions can operate autonomously, managing energy flow in an intelligent and sustainable way.
Thanks to its IoT connectivity, Helios enables real-time monitoring and remote management of each charging point through a digital platform, simplifying maintenance and operational control.
