Icaro design Brian Rasmussen 2011
Table or swinging lamp composed by many sunburst steel wires of wing’s shape, welded in the center. His name, Icaro, is a clear reference to the daredevil that challenge to the nature with his wings made of feathers and wax: the lamp Icaro, is in fact light and heavy in the same time, the steel wires seem a kind of cage from which the light filters in a neat and easy way. Icaro is available in indoor and outdoor version, is realized in 4 different sizes in both table and swinging lamp and is available in 4 different finishing. The central part of the lamp can be with light bulb “at sight”.
colours: bianco, nero, acciaio verniciato trasparente e cromato (quest’ultimo esclusivamente per uso indoor). White, black, steel with transparent vanish or chromed (last one only for the indoor version)
