The Intensity Integrated features 1, 2, or 4 touch zones, each with adjustable white LED feedback in two settings:

1. LED at 70 percent brightness when untouched, increasing to 100 percent when touched.
2. No LED brightness when untouched, with a 100 percent increase upon touch.

Touch signal processing depends on the connected third-party input module, supporting multi-touch output without a separate channel. The Intensity Integrated is designed for installation with Xillo®'s Trimless Switch Wallbox, made from solid patented Xillo composite, ensuring high finishing standards for panels 18mm to 22mm thick.

Integrated Wallbox invisible

The Intensity Integrated Invisible wallbox combined with the Tense Intensity Invisible Integrated Electronics results in a 100% Integrated capacitive touch-based switch of 79 x 79mm. The switch has 4 touch zones with individual RGB LED feedback coming from the corners through the 3 mm gap around the switch’s finish. Since the cut-out from the wall finish is used in the switch’s assembly, they can be made fully integrated into the wall finish.

Integrated Wallbox no gap

The Tense Intensity Integrated Wallbox No Gap (NG) is a unique wallbox made from patented Xillo® material, providing a fully integrated solution for the Tense Intensity switch. It allows electronics to be placed behind glass, Corian®, stone, ceramic, or wood. However, sensitivity may be affected by certain materials, so we advise against using stone, mirrors, or metals with a high metal content.

When paired with Tense Intensity Integrated electronics, the NG Wallbox creates a fully integrated capacitive touch switch with four touch zones, each providing RGB LED feedback through small holes in the wall finish. These holes can remain open or be filled with transparent epoxy resin.

Dimensions visible: 45 x 45 mm
Dimensions wallbox: 125 x 125 x 22.9 mm (wallbox and electronics)

Installation

Tense wall boxes offer a comprehensive solution, combining the fitting, fixture, and switch into one solid unit without the need for extra mounting kits. This robust composite material eliminates the necessity for a metal frame. The Integrated NG Wallbox by Xillo® meets the highest standards for installation behind panels ranging from 18mm to 22mm thick, with spacers required for thicker panels. It is advised to avoid installation above heating sources, fireplaces, and air conditioning units, in direct sunlight, or in outdoor applications.

Integrated Wallbox with gap

The Tense Integrated Wallbox is designed for placement behind glass, Corian®, stone, ceramic, or wooden walls. Like the NG version, it is made from patented Xillo® material for easy installation. Combining the Integrated Wallbox with Tense Intensity electronics results in a fully integrated capacitive touch switch.

The Intensity Integrated Wallbox With Gap (WG) utilizes the same high-quality Xillo® material. This wall box allows the Tense Intensity's electronics to be placed behind various materials while ensuring a continuous pattern in switch assembly. The WG switch features four touch zones with RGB LED feedback and is set apart from the wall by a 1mm gap.

Dimensions visible: 87,5 x 85 mm
Dimensions wallbox: 125 x 125 x 14 mm (wallbox and electronics)

Installation

Similar to the NG version, Tense wall boxes provide an all-in-one solution without extra mounting kits. The robust composite material allows for installation without metal frames, and the WG Wallbox is suitable for various surfaces, fitting panels between 18mm and 22mm thick, with spacers needed for thicker panels. It is advised to avoid installing the Xillo fixture above heating sources, fireplaces, air conditioning units, or in direct sunlight.
