JUWO Evolved SmartWall™ is a monolithic clay-block building system designed for external wall construction. Using precision-manufactured clay blocks and thin-joint adhesive technology, the system combines structural strength, thermal insulation, and thermal mass within a single wall assembly. Its vapour-permeable construction allows moisture to pass through the wall, while the thermal properties of the blocks help maintain stable indoor temperatures throughout the year.

The system uses natural clay and, depending on the block specification, can eliminate the need for conventional wall cavities, additional insulation layers, and wall ties. Its thermal performance can contribute to reduced heating and cooling requirements, while the thin-joint construction method reduces the amount of moisture introduced during building. The clay blocks are non-combustible and masonry recovered at the end of a building's life can be recycled as construction material.

JUWO states that Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are available for its clay blocks, documenting their environmental impacts in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804.
