Linseed oil paint has been used for centuries and with good reason, since the advantages are multiple. The paint is especially used for wood and metals and works well on both treated surfaces as well as on surfaces already treated with linseed oil paint or other types of paint. Linseed oil paint extend far per liter. On planed wood you can expect a range of 15-18 m² per liter of paint and on sawed wood (rough wood) the range is about 10 m² per liter of paint.
