The small size is a treasure trove of inspirations from materials worked by skilful craftsmen's hands and stylistic experiments made in Italy. Miniature brings together all the creativity of the 6x24 cm and 12x12 cm formats, solutions designed to suit every interior design trend.
Miniature Alba draws inspiration from handcrafted raw earth, enriched with natural pigments and fine sands, translating its authentic, tactile character into a contemporary ceramic surface. Made of porcelain stoneware, the collection introduces the new 12x12 cm format to the Ceramiche Marca Corona range: a compact and versatile size designed for walls, floors and custom furnishings.
The surface features measured shade variations, soft colour clouding and a subtle sandy texture that enhance its depth and natural appeal. Slightly raised edges recall the irregularities of handcrafted ceramics, catching the light and bringing rhythm and movement to each composition.
The palette comprises six shades — Loto, Calla, Betulla, Orzo, Iris and Salice — inspired by the dusty colours of earth, ranging from whites and browns to duck-egg blue and sage green. A natural matt finish enhances the tactile quality of the surface, while a semi-glossy micro-grain accentuates its rich material texture.
The collection is completed by Casella, a wall decor featuring a central raised square with a subtly irregular profile that evokes handcrafted techniques. Installed side by side, the modules create a three-dimensional grid that can be freely configured to form bespoke patterns and highly expressive surfaces.
