This ceramic raised access floor is manufactured with steel encapsulated and light cement core in sizes 600x600mm with porcelain of 10 mm thickness on top. The panels are supported in steel pedestals and stringers to obtain different final height.

The aesthetics and functionality of your building will be enhanced with this new access flooring system finished with ceramic from factory. Developed with a worldly exclusive technology, it is frequently suited in any type of building and has excellent technical characteristics as well as high durability over time. A ceramic raised access floor system that counts with POLYGROUP‘s firm full reliability.

The 10 mm porcelain finish is assembled directly in our production centers through a thermo-fusion process of the technical floor panel core and the ceramic tile, resulting in a stable and solid union which provides the so characteristic full accessibility that porcelain raised access floor systems must-have.

In the assembly process, an additional mid-layer of an acoustic membrane can be used to better minimize the irregularities that the underside stone face may have and create an improved cushioning effect and comfort underfoot in the system. These elements have great acoustic properties absorbing the noise produced by footsteps, impacts, and interspaces transmission.
