The French designer Clement Brazille has imagined and created a state of the art shelf he's called Romane, made from natural wood and ceramic materiels. Romane is made up of horizontal wooden shelves with enamel ceramic supports positioned in such a way to provide maximum use from any angle.
Clément Braziile's idea was to imagine and create an ingenious object using only two natural products wood and ceramic which can be assembled without using any tools.
Talking about his creation Clément Brazille explained .... I have imagined and inclined the ceramic parts placing them in such a way they brace together.
The originality and the name of the shelves was a spontaneous decision.
The shelves dimensions and the different finishes clay bonded or enamel offer a large choice for assembling. I think this object demonstrates perfectly that ceramic can be used providing it is fired at a high temperature.
Dimensions : L x H x W : 200 x 64 x 30 cm
Romane along with a new concept will be exhibited in the sections " now le off" during the Paris design week in September 2013"
