SealEco Roofing EPDM

SealEco Roofing EPDM is a flexible waterproofing membrane for flat and low-slope roofs, suitable for new-build and refurbishment projects. The system can be prefabricated in two- and three-dimensional formats to suit project-specific dimensions and can be installed using ballasted, adhered, or mechanically fixed methods.

The membrane has an expected service life of around 70 years, reducing the need for replacement over the life of a building. Project-specific prefabrication can also minimise material waste and simplify installation on site. Its durability, resistance to UV radiation and weathering, and compatibility with planted roof build-ups make it suitable for green roofs and other applications where long-term waterproofing performance is required. SealEco has also published life-cycle assessment data for its EPDM membranes.
