Artisan crafted from FSC-certified bamboo with a graceful, minimalist shape and optional detachable shelf, Solace is as attractive as it is practical. With its shelf, Solace highlights the distinctive bamboo finishes of either the lighter Caramel or darker Woven Strand finishes, allowing users to coordinate their selection with new or existing furnishings. Without the shelf, Solace takes on an entirely different look, as the generous 2” bamboo edging becomes the highlight.
Solace features unique engineering advances in the choice of materials. In the Caramel finish, Solace utilizes vertical-grained bamboo rather than the horizontal application, which is more common in furniture as well as flooring. In the Woven Strand finish, Solace utilizes uber-sustainable strand bamboo, created from the strands of bamboo left over during the milling process, which are then heat pressed to create one of the strongest woods in the world. Native Trails’ application of this innovative bamboo treatment creates a unique and stunning grain pattern.
