Steico LVL-R is a high-performance laminated veneer lumber made from layers of graded spruce or pine veneers. This material creates a strong, nearly homogeneous profile suitable for beams, rafters, studs, and floor joists.

- Density: Approximately 550 kg/m³
- Bending Strength: 50 N/mm² (flatwise), 44 N/mm² (edgewise)
- Tensile Strength: 36 N/mm²
- Compression Strength: 40 N/mm²
- Low moisture content (~9%) ensures excellent dimensional stability.

 

Applications
- High-load beams, rafters, floor joists, and studs
- Sole/top plates and lintels
- Load-bearing walls, long-span ceilings, trusses, and roof overhangs
- Suitable for dry, prefabricated, or engineered timber systems
