TECLA chair is identified by the simplicity of lines and smooth visual. The minimal and elegant form is a result of the designed side elevations. Two angles and a vertical bar come together in a central panel, leaning forward to achieve a better conform in the sitting position. The Chair is cozy and perfectly adaptable to the body. The structure is composed of solid wood, lacquered in white. The chair´s interior has been filed in corkwood, with stunning precision in the finished product. The corkwood covers and surrounds the entire chair interior and due to it´s texture gives a clear sense of continuity to the material. Keeping simple lines in a complex chair was our main objective, with a natural textured aspect, providing flexibility and comfort. The final result is a good contrast between the white and corkwood natural color and texture, making it elegant by the use of natural materials.
