The Hotel Vione Paros, located near Naoussa on the Greek island of Paros, is an interior design, spatial planning, and lighting design project entirely overseen by the firm ileniaviscardiarchitetto. The project reinterprets Cycladic architecture in a contemporary key, combining geometric precision, Mediterranean textures, and a glamorous atmosphere while respecting the natural surroundings.

The project is organized into several key areas:

•    Common areas (Reception, bar, lounge, restaurant): These form the heart of the hotel, characterized by a sequence of arches that separate the spaces without interrupting their continuity. The chosen materials feature light mineral plaster alternating with dark brushed wood and natural marble. The furnishings (such as the Flora and Pierre armchairs by Flou) use a soft color palette (ranging from sand to brown) to balance the clean lines of the architecture.

•    The Spa and Gym: The spa is designed as an intimate, quiet space (featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, and treatments) that uses soft lighting, mosaics, and heat-treated wood to create a cozy atmosphere. The gym occupies a double-height space visually connected to the upper pool to capture natural light.

•    The Rooms: All facing the sea, they echo the understated elegance of the common areas. The color palette ranges from white to gold, from ivory to pearl gray. The custom-made furnishings incorporate headboards and floating shelves, ensuring material continuity between walls and floors.

•    Outdoor Areas and Pool: Designed as an extension of the interior, these spaces follow the contour of the cliff with terraces made of stone and polished concrete. The poolside features Flora armchairs and Atollo coffee tables by Flou, maintaining geometric and chromatic consistency with the interior.

•    Pathways and Lighting Design: The complex is structured across multiple levels connected by paths and scenic staircases. The studio developed a dynamic lighting design that adapts to daylight: it combines direct and indirect light and includes specific warm lighting scenarios to complement the island’s sunsets, while integrated soft lighting guides guests in the evening without disturbing the tranquility of the setting.
