The Thermashade® Sun Shade System is engineered to improve occupant comfort and lower energy consumption by decreasing solar heat gain. The expanded options allow designers to maintain the functional benefit of the original ThermaShade system while offering a new design option.
The new exposed anchor design provides a new and different aesthetic – delivering an industrial aesthetic to the completed sunshade with exposed fasteners. Both the exposed and concealed anchor options feature a thermal barrier within the attachment anchor, ensuring that the host curtain wall’s U-factor performance remains unchanged.
