The Zermatt family of tables features a central base packed with corners and verticals. More precisely, it is formed of 15 sides that repeat around the central column with geometric precision. Each side of this prism appears to be a different colour, as light is reflected in varying intensity depending on the angle.
This wide-ranging colour palette is what makes this modern designer table so captivating. Depending on the angle, up to eight sides can be seen at the same time, each with a different hue. One of the sides reflects more light, making it stand out in contrast to the others with a much brighter hue, becoming the particular focal point of the composition.
The Zermatt family of tables consists of three designer round table models in clay, ceramic and wood, respectively the Zermatt Argile, Zermatt Keramik and Zermatt Wood versions.
