Belvista - Prime Office Building on the Champs-Élysées

Located on the most beautiful avenue in the world, the rehabilitation project at 118 Avenue des Champs-Élysées follows an approach that is both respectful of history and decisively forward-looking. Immersed in the archives of Paris, we traced the evolution of this building dating back to 1880 to design an architectural intervention that engages in dialogue with its past.

Our intervention aims to reveal the full spatial and functional potential of the building while enhancing the user experience. By reorganizing internal circulation, we bring a new clarity to the common areas. The creation of access to the previously unused and inaccessible green rooftop terrace opens the building to the outside, activates new surfaces, and offers 360° views over the entire capital.

The entrance hall, completely redesigned, embodies the ambition to create a premium reception experience, reflecting the prestige of the neighborhood. The layout of the interior spaces is intended to be flexible and modular, capable of adapting to contemporary uses. The top floor becomes a versatile area designed to welcome employees in a bright, comfortable, and inspiring setting.

Materials, whether bio-sourced or reclaimed, help create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of natural textures, abundant light, and careful acoustic treatment results in spaces that are both elegant and functional. Every detail is designed to enhance user well-being and the quality of everyday use.

More than a renovation, this is an ambitious reinterpretation of the building, combining heritage and innovation to create an iconic, sustainable place fully attuned to its time.
