Located in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, this through-building stretching between Avenue Marceau and Rue Jean Giraudoux features a mixed architectural identity: Haussmannian on one side and 1970s architecture on the other. The project involves the renovation of the building along with a timber rooftop extension.
This extension will allow for the creation of two additional residential units offering views over the capital. The office spaces will undergo a light refurbishment, including the renewal of flooring, ceilings, and technical systems. The entrance hall will be reorganized, and a new access will be created on the Rue Jean Giraudoux side, along with a dedicated bicycle storage area.
The façades of levels R+5 and R+6 on the courtyard side will be insulated and clad in stone, while large glazed openings will bring increased natural light into the interior spaces.
