17/RM - An apartment for a retired couple

Redesign of a 5-room apartment that became a 4-room apartment, which takes into consideration the couple’s unique needs such as accessibility, a resting room, and a balcony meant for breakfasts for them and their extended family. The design was driven by a modern and clean style, that still allows the couple to incorporate their own style into the space.
