The challenge of the architectural project is to insert itself with finesse and recompose the existing fabric in order to give a new life to the neighborhood. The urban approach thus takes advantage of the topography of the site and develops different strategies to both inhabit and enhance the slope. Designed from the inside, the project aims to offer a very high quality of housing with views of the distance, the sea and the mountain. Inside and outside, the spaces are generous and benefit from exceptional views that slip between the buildings arranged in staggered rows.
The positioning of our buildings, overlooking the Rambla, in a "seafront" spirit, contributes to the construction of a continuous line, welcoming the shops, while guaranteeing the balance of this new piece of city.
